Nate provides leadership and guidance for his team by utilizing the skills he's obtained in his 25 years in Real Estate. He continuously attends seminars throughout the country gathering ideas from the best agents in the industry and has personally trained hundreds of REALTORS® internationally. He is also training his team to be the best Realtors® in the country. Nate is always in the forefront of technology and is not afraid of "keeping in step with the times." Sarah has worked for Nate and his Team since 1997. Currently she is the team leader and helps Nate manage the team and oversees the day to day productions. In addition to her role on the team, she also maintains a solid relationship with past clients, she also sells by referral. She consistently offers the Team attention to detail, support and leadership.
Brandi is the Listing Manager and also Closing Manager for those listings. Brandi does all the Realtor follow up and reports for the team. She works closely with Nate to manage all the listing currently on the market. She launches a series of actions in order to effectively introduce your home to the market. She brings to the team many years of administrative experience and great organization skills.
Jaime Stark (formerly known as Petruzzi) has worked with Nate's team off and on for many years and currently manages our short sale department. Her years of real estate experience and knowledge are key in helping our clients who are looking for short sale assistance. She will hold your hand through the process and ensure you are well informed and feel comfortable with all the details. She is also a Certified Destressed Property Expert. Janice Hall is our REO Closing Manager. She works closely with our clients once they have an accepted purchase contract through the close of escrow. She has had her Real Estate license since 2003 and is a founding member of RE/MAX Professionals. Janice is originally from Long Island New York, but loves Arizona and has been here since 1990. In her spare time she enjoys working out, hiking, scuba diving, and reading.
Bobby Ray Street, Realtor, is our REO contract negotiator. She has been licensed in real estate since 1999. She strives to provide the best in customer service during the entire transaction and beyond for our clients. She also has extensive experience in the title and escrow industry. She is a third generation native of Arizona. She married her high school sweetheart in 1991 and they are the proud parents of their teenage son, Jacob. She enjoys reading, camping, cooking and dressing in full costume for Renaissance Faires.
Julia is the back bone to our REO department - she handles the new listing preservation and manages the properties as they go through the listing process. Her job requires strict attention to detail, communication with our asset managers and ensuring that properties remain in good condition while under our care. She is ultra quick and organized and always has a smile.
Kristine Seemiller brings to the team a variety of skills from new home construction to home inspection services. She prides herself on being able to multi-task efficiently and staying organized. Kristine is responsible for managing the REO department account payable and receivable, as well as assisting her team mates with securing properties, proper pricing, marketing and property maintenance.
Justine currently assists the REO Closing Department with document preparation, organizing files, answer phones and other various office administration work. She is important part of making sure the transaction closes smoothly. Justine enjoys spending time with her family and friends and brings a young, bright attitude to the office environment.
Nate Jr. is following in his father's foot steps and is beginning his real estate career learning the ropes from the inside out. Nate Jr. assists the team by doing field inspections, preparing market data and checking vacant properties. He is enjoying learning the process and looks forward to a long successful career!
Ben has been a Realtor in the Valley for almost 10 years. Over the years, Ben has been on and off the team but always staying with the industry, from residential sales to investor work. Currently Ben is assisting our REO department as a field specialist to coordinate proper pricing, ensure the safety of the property and ultimately, getting the home sold fast and for top dollar. Ben is incredible detail oriented and has a special talent for attention to detail.
Leo assists the Team by taking home photos, installing signs and posts, delivering flyers, checking on vacant homes and/or vacationing clients. Leo also assists the REO department with ensure all our assets are safe and secure and ready to be shown. Our "moving billboard" can be seen all around town. Honk and say HI sometime!
Tom is a jack of all trades and brings to the team a wide variety of life and work experience. He has been in the construction industry for years and knows what it takes to get the job done. He assists the team in preparing foreclosure/REO homes for the market, works closesly with our vendors and walking properties to ensure safety and preservation of our assets. In his spare time he enjoys being with his family, especially his grandchildren.
Danielle joined the Team originally as a Transaction Coordinator assisting in closing over 300 transactions. She has worked with buyers and sellers equally and understands the questions and concerns clients go through during the buying/selling process. She brings 10 years of experience in real estate, great people skills and a positive attitude. Her attention to detail and knowledge of all aspects of a Real Estate transaction aid her in delivering the highest level of service.
Tonya has been selling real estate for the past 7 years and loves working to assist families in finding a new place to call home. Having relocated around the country a few times herself, as well as her own zip code more than once, she knows the importance of having a competent, well qualified professional on your side. Jesse Abarca is a former Marine and also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). Being a native to Arizona, Jesse has a wide knowledge of the city and its history. Jesse is fluent in Spanish which is a great benefit for our team and the clients we work with. Jesse is a hard worker and has a win-win attitude. A native to the Valley of the Sun, Dan is the team's land expert. Currently he assists the team with preparing market data for all our land assets. His knowledge and experience are an excellent addition to the team and to all the clients he works with. In his personal life, Dan enjoys spending time with his two beautiful daughters.
