Nate's Monday Morning Message

Welcome to this edition of Nate’s Monday Morning Message. I hope everyone had a fabulous weekend filled with fun and relaxation. Isn't it amazing how time just rushes by. We should all take some time to truly think about what it is that we have done with our lives so far. I am sure that all of us have made some great decisions and also some not so great decisions. I believe the only bad decision is sticking with a bad decision. I also believe that living your life with regret and hurt is torture in many ways.

We should leave those bad decisions in the past so they do not continue to have an affect on us. We should be thankful for all the great things and people that have been involved in our lives. We should be happy and full of energy to make the future as bright as it can be. Letting go of one thing allows you to grab on to another. Let us focus on making great decisions.

Regardless of where you are in your life today, YOU have the opportunity to make it better. Constantly move forward and improve. Take responsibility for your actions and make better decisions. You can make massive advances in a short period of time by taking lots and lots of small steps. Start taking those steps today! Let’s make this the best week of the year!

Turning Clocks Back, by Christopher Robins

Wishing to change things for the better
We cry to turn back time
When, you know, even if we could
Nothing would fall into line

We would live out the exact same life
And make the same old mistakes
And once again have or cause
The exact same, sad old heartaches

To change things back in time
Taking along with us we would need
All the stored memories we have today
Before from experience, we could heed

Knowledge and experience of present life
Is key to change, truly wise
For it grants foresight and wisdom
Like a second set of eyes

So rather than wish to turn back time
When your life seems in subsidence
Use past experience to put things right
Use any errors your mistakes as guidance
